
Job description
The Sales Support Manager is responsible for the overall performance, strategy, and development of the Sales Support team. This role owns the sales support process end-to-end, including team leadership, operational efficiency, cross-department alignment, and continuous process improvement.
Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Support team, establish expectations, KPIs, and performance standards, conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development planning, oversee hiring, onboarding, and training, and foster a positive and accountable team culture.
This position requires leadership and team development, strategic thinking and problem solving, strong communication and collaboration, organization and prioritization, accountability and initiative, Excel and Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and preferred experience with Monday.com and SAP.
