Job Description
AI Enablement Engineer role requires keeping up with AI tooling changes, building and running AI tooling for engineering teams, and enabling teams to use AI in daily work. The role involves hands-on engineering and enablement, working closely with the VP of Engineering and Chief Architect, and influencing how engineering teams build software. The role is part of a small AI platform team being built over the next year.
Requirements
- Real software engineering background
- Actual experience using AI coding agents for real work
