Projektleiter TGA (HKLS/Elektrotechnik) – Schlüsselfertigbau (m/w/d)

We are strengthening our team in the Schlüsselfertiges Bauen department and are looking for a civil engineer with a completed degree who has at least two years of professional experience in the TGA area. The role involves overall responsible leadership of all TGA trades in complex turnkey construction projects.

Requirements

• Completed degree in the field of supply engineering, building technology, energy and environmental technology, civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a project manager TGA or HKLS, ideally in plant construction, TGA planning, building management or turnkey construction
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards, guidelines and legal regulations
• Safe handling of tender and planning tools (e.g. AVA software such as iTWO, Planserver, CDE platform such as DALUX)
• Outstanding technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Independent, structured working method and confident appearance
• Communication and leadership competence in dealing with internal and external partners
• Determination and responsibility
• Team ability and joy in taking on complex tasks in a solution-oriented manner
