We are looking for a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) with experience in electrical engineering, building automation, or classical building technology. Your tasks will include independent technical project management, quality assurance, cost control, and implementation of project analyses.

Requirements

• Completed studies in building technology, electrical engineering, automation technology, building automation, or comparable qualification
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in planning, construction execution, or technical project management of medium to large building projects in the field of TGA, electrical engineering, or building automation
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical project management and planning and implementation of technical building projects
• Experience in commissioning, acceptance, and handover processes
• Safe handling of AHO, HOAI, and VOB (Parts A, B, and C)
• Outstanding ability to prioritize, structured and independent working method
• High service and team orientation as well as communication skills in word and writing
• Convincing and sovereign appearance with high quality awareness
• Willingness to further develop professionally and personally
• Driving ability and valid driver's license
