Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer will support manufacturing operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting new product introductions. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient, compliant, and reliable production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and engineering software tools
