August Bioservices is a high-growth Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that provides expert drug discovery, formulation, and manufacturing services to pharma and biotech companies. We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our growth plans and contribute to the development of life-changing therapies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and engineering software tools
