Implementation Manager - Expansions & Transitions

At August Health, we're looking for an Implementation Manager to lead rapid, high-impact implementations for customers as they grow, evolve, and scale their operations. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Implementation or Program Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Implementation, or Program Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology
• Proven success managing fast-paced or time-sensitive implementations, ideally in environments with evolving scope or incomplete information
• Experience working across or implementing multiple products or modules simultaneously, with a strong systems-level perspective
• Strong background in healthcare, senior living, or adjacent industries is highly preferred
• Experience working across departments (e.g., operations, finance, clinical, IT) to deploy software solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into technical and workflow requirements
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse stakeholders—including C-level executives
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change; able to create structure, make decisions, and move forward without perfect information
• Familiarity with change management principles and adult learning best practices
