Senior Full Stack Engineer

August Health is seeking an experienced full stack developer to join their team, preferably someone with several years of experience building and shipping complex, consumer-facing applications.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience as a software engineer
• Experience working in engineering organizations and familiarity with product focused software development cycles
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment that’s full of ambiguity - experience balancing tradeoffs to make complex decisions where there is no ‘right’ answer
• Good communication and personal skills; ability to interact and work well with the team
• Interest in development of company culture and its reflection in our engineering practices
• Ability & desire to mentor other engineers
