Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required
• One year general office support experience required
• Basic understanding of general office routines and procedures
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Proficient with computers and keyboarding
• Effective customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to work with multi-line phone and computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Ability to transcribe documents
• Proficient listening, verbal and written communication skills
