HVAC/Mechanic III

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems and Equipment at the main hospital building as well as at satellite facilities. Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs various types of heating, ventilation. air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Participates in the hospital preventive maintenance (PM) program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal HVAC System Training in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Water Cooled Chiller Training
• EPA Certification (Universal Level)
• HVAC Mechanic License at the Master level
• 5+ years of Hospital campus or industrial/commercial HVAC work experience
• 2+ years of Healthcare experience with demonstrated troubleshooting and repair experiences
