Job Description
The Laboratory Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the clinical laboratory, encompassing personnel leadership, technical oversight, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Chemical, Physical or Biological Science and four years training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty
- Nationally recognized medical technology certification, credentials
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory
- A minimum of 2 years as a generalist in a clinical laboratory
