Registered Nurse - Progressive Care/Telemetry unit

Progressive Care-Telemetry at Augusta Health is a 32 bed unit. Nurses on this unit care for adult patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems.

Requirements

• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience required
• BSN or ADN currently enrolled in a BSN program preferred
• BLS certification required
• Positive attitude, with enthusiasm for caring for our community
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Solid critical thinking skills and a strong application of the nursing process
• Must have effective adherence to infection control practices
