Job Description
AO Multispecialty Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team in Augusta, Georgia.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physical examination, and surgical assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising surgeon
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including follow-up visits
- Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room
- Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice
- Educate patients regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and infection control standards
- Support patient satisfaction and practice growth initiatives
