Requirements
- At least 6 months of LTC experience
- Active LPN license in Colorado
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Current TB test; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations or declinations
- Must pass background checks, skills evaluations
- Current driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
