Requirements

• At least 6 months of LTC experience
• Active LPN license in Oregon
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Current TB test; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations or declinations
• Must pass background checks, state exams, and skills evaluations
• Current driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
