Senior Product Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of API & Web experience
• 2+ years of experience on a service at scale with at least 10,000 monthly active users
• Recent startup experience
• Deep familiarity with Rails technologies and trends
• Experience building world-class UI on the web
• Comfortable working in a small team and taking ownership over various aspects of the app
• Focused on user experience and using qualitative and quantitative data to measure success
• Self-motivated and able to learn new skills quickly
• Can clearly communicate decisions and present work to stakeholders
• Located in NYC or San Francisco, and able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
• Comfortable working on a distributed team
