Founding Marketing Manager / GTM I - Venture Studio

We are a nearly two-year-old IT agency and Venture Studio with 70 employees, looking for a Founding Marketing Manager / GTM I to implement GTM strategies, conduct market analyses, and lead marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, e.g. SaaS, Tech, or API products
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong sense of storytelling, structure, and clear technical communication
• Experience with CMS, CRM/Automation, Analytics, and AI
• Ability to drive projects independently and manage deadlines
