Job Description
We are a growing IT company looking for a Test Manager to implement complex software projects with our customers. The ideal candidate has experience in software testing, test management, and stakeholder management, and is familiar with test processes, quality standards, and test tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing/QA
- Experience in test management or leading a role
- Familiarity with test processes and quality standards (e.g. ISTQB)
- Fundamental experience in test automation (e.g. Cucumber, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Good technical understanding (e.g. Java, APIs, Microservices, Cloud)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong growth mindset and desire to develop professionally and personally
