Superintendent for Commercial Construction

The Construction Superintendent oversees on-site operations for commercial construction projects, supervising personnel, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Five (5) plus years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug screening, background check, and reference check.
• Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.
