Join our Buildings business and play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years' relevant experience in Buildings Mechanical or Electrical Design, installation and testing and commissioning
- Leading delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in modern commercial and industrial buildings
- Data Centre Experience
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead a large project team on technical delivery
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices
- High level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM / Revit
- Literacy in the use of digital tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Naviswork, BIM360 and drive BIM processes
- Strong ability in navigating 3D BIM model to review multi-disciplinary design, identify issues, provide solutions and delegate the design team to resolve them
