Job Description
Join Aurecon as a Project Senior Design Manager and work on challenging projects across the globe. Lead a large project design team, oversee and coordinate the work of engineers, designers, and drafters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage projects from initial design to final review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil and structural engineering
- 13 years of relevant experience in buildings mechanical or electrical design, installation, and testing, and leading delivery of multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead a large project team
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices
- High level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM/Revit
- Ability to navigate 3D BIM models and delegate design team to resolve issues
