Requirements

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical parts and systems
• Perform alignment, fitting, and adjustments to components
• Inspect equipment for defects and proper function
• Operate hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Document work performed and report to supervisors
• Comply with health and safety policies and regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Hold relevant trade certification or equivalent experience
• Have proven experience as a mechanical fitter
• Have ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Have proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision alignment equipment
• Have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Have good problem-solving and communication skills
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Be willing to work on-site and adapt to project demands
