Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Precision CNC Turning Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC lathes to produce high-precision turned components.

Requirements

• Develop and implement CNC programs for turning operations based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring optimal machine performance and tool efficiency.
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy of components.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
• Document production data, including programming changes, tooling used, and inspection results.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices in CNC turning and machining technology.
