Continuous Improvement SR Manager

Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions. We are searching for a Continuous Improvement Senior Manager to join our North America Team.

Requirements

• Drive improvement actions based on the results of the safety audits
• Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements following safety incidents
• Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements related to quality concerns from customers
• Create the CI Roadmap on an annual basis for assigned locations
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monitoring systems to track progress of improvement initiatives
• Function as change agent to implement cost improvement activities
• Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen events
• Manage the production system audit and action documentation
• Support other plant CI activities by traveling to participate in events or providing support as required
