Continuous Improvement Leader

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to join their Ashby site. The role involves executing continuous improvement principles to build core abilities and improve supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will lead strategic and tactical deployment of business tools and ensure that Continuous Improvement Projects, 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, and Visual Management are delivered to achieve significant sustainable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, STEM, or operations area
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment comparable to processes used throughout MAES
• Proven success of leading change and implementing improvement programmes
• Deep understanding of end to end processes and continuous improvement methodologies
