Job Description
Auria is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join their team at their Spartanburg, South Carolina manufacturing plant. The role involves leading and improving plant operations, managing a team, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a leader in a manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years' experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lead and motivate people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
