Job Description
Aurora is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Technical Leader to lead their Security Engineering team. The role is critical to ensuring enterprise, terminal factory, and endpoint security controls are designed, implemented, and operated effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, or enterprise platform security
- Proven experience leading engineers in a technical lead and manager role
- Demonstrated technical capability to perform complex engineering work
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security tooling
- Familiarity with Zero Trust and identity-centric security architectures
- Experience supporting cloud security (AWS) controls and integrations
- Familiarity with NIST, CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and cyber threat modeling
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
