Staff Global Supply Manager - Optical and Contract Manufacturing

Aurora is seeking a Staff Global Supply Manager to strategically oversee the supply chain for complex optical hardware and the Contract Manufacturer (CM) responsible for building their systems. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of both technical expertise and commercial acumen. The role involves managing the supply chain for optical subsystems, building strong partnerships with engineering teams, negotiating pricing, and ensuring a reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Optical), or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record of managing global supply chains.
• Deep understanding of optical systems and manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience managing Contract Manufacturers.
• Strong analytical and cost modeling skills.
• Exceptional ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
