Job Description
Aurora Solar is seeking a Director of Strategic Projects to join the Office of the CEO and partner directly with the CEO on the highest-leverage work facing the company. The role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, capital allocation, and execution, helping translate business priorities into operational outcomes across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank, with experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies
- Experience directly supporting senior executives or Boards of Directors
- Leadership experience in corporate development initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, fundraising, or strategic investments
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to distill complex situations into concise materials
- Highly structured and execution-oriented, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from problem through completion
