Aurora Solar is looking for a Head of Design to lead the design of their products that 7,000+ solar professionals rely on every day. The candidate will grow the team, set clear goals, and create conditions for designers to do their best work. They will partner with Product, Engineering, and the company to make sure what they build reflects a real understanding of customers and a high bar for craft.
Requirements
- 12+ years in product design, user experience design, or a related field
- 5+ years building design teams and cultures that ship technical SaaS products
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of bringing clarity to complex topics for cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated ability to define a product vision, get alignment on it, and carry it across audiences from engineers to executives
