Crane & Rigging Supervisor - SDCA

The Crane & Rigging Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day work performance of crane operators and riggers, provide on-the-job training, and maintain a high level of morale. The supervisor will also monitor timekeeping, verify labor charges, and provide feedback to the Crane/Rigging Manager and Foremen on performance and recruitment requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a crane operator/rigger
• Knowledge and understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and ASME regulations and standards
• Good people management skills
• Computer skills (especially Outlook and Excel) preferred
• Must meet physical requirements for crane operators specified in the ASME B30.2 standard
