Job Description
Austin Industrial provides premier self-perform maintenance, construction, and soft craft service to leading industrial companies. Electrician is responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.
Requirements
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits
- Maintain current electrician's license or identification card
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures
- Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
