Job Description
Austin Commercial is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee construction projects in North Texas. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience and a B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or a related field. Requirements
- B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training
- Proficient in project manager software
- Proficient with cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports
- Ability to build and manage high performing teams
