Job Description
We're seeking a QCQA Manager for our Aviation Division. As a QA/QC Manager, this position ensures that internal and external requirements as well as project quality objectives are met. The role involves developing and implementing best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance related role
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
- Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build and assist with leading high performing teams
