Job Description
Austin Bridge & Road is seeking a Superintendent I to lead and manage large-scale heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substructure and superstructure construction, deep knowledge of TxDOT specifications, and proven leadership in planning and execution.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in heavy civil construction or related field
- Proven experience in building substructure and superstructure
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT specifications and inspection processes
- Ability to coordinate manpower and equipment efficiently
- Knowledge of local subcontractor market in Texas
- Understanding of production rates and sequencing of work
- Design-Build experience is a huge plus
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Valid driver's license
