Job Description
Austin Safety Council (ASC) is the city's dedicated safety training and health facility offering courses for construction, healthcare, biotech, etc. They are seeking an Occupational Health Services Technician to administer respirator fit testing, audiological testing, and drug/alcohol testing. The role is a vital part of the overall safety program and involves customer service, maintaining equipment, and ensuring data confidentiality.
Requirements
- Maintain respirator fit testing and other testing equipment calibration.
- Perform drug and alcohol testing and pulmonary function testing.
- Maintain customer relationships and document all data.
- Ensure customer safety and comply with OSHA/49 CFR regulations.
- Up-date on latest safety/training technologies.
