Art Program Coordinator

The Art Program Coordinator will coordinate and deliver a weekly art program for patients, curate exhibitions, and maintain a creative space. This part-time role (4 hours/week) requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and relevant qualifications in Fine/Visual Art. The role is part of the Leisure and Creative Therapies team at Austin Health in Melbourne, Australia.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people of all abilities
• Person-centred, empowering approach when working with patients, families, and volunteers
• Experience facilitating art groups, ideally with adults
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage materials and resources
