Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive, high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients of Austin Health, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centred medicines management. The position supports the broader healthcare team through expert clinical input and collaboration across all aspects of medication use.
Requirements
- Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative and innovation.
- Consumer focused approach to work and service quality.
- Accuracy and efficiency in medication management processes.
- At least 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
