Patient Services Assistant role supporting Ambulatory Care Centre and Transit Lounge with safe, efficient, and patient-focused care, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with patient movement, food services, and general support tasks.

Requirements

• Current PSA Certificate
• Previous experience in Ambulatory Care Centre or Transit Lounge
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative, and problem solve
• Physically capable of performing PSA duties
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Interpersonal skills to engage with patients and staff
• Basic computer literacy (Outlook, etc.) or willingness to learn
