Job Description
We are seeking a Head of People & Culture to shape the people strategy behind one of Australia’s most visible and customer-critical portfolios. The successful candidate will lead a future-focused people agenda that enables performance today while building the capability, culture, and leadership required for tomorrow.
Requirements
- Extensive senior HR leadership experience
- Strong track record partnering with executive leaders in complex, matrixed environments
- Deep expertise across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, and culture change
- High data, digital, and AI literacy
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related business discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable)
