Property Portfolio Manager (NSW/ ACT)

The Property Portfolio Manager will provide strategic leadership and stewardship of the regional property portfolio, ensuring assets meet operational needs and deliver long-term value aligned to enterprise priorities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or any related discipline
• Demonstrated expertise in leasing, property management, project management and corporate real estate
• Strong negotiation and portfolio management capability, delivering optimal lease and commercial outcomes
• Sound understanding of stakeholder needs, with the ability to manage and deliver effective outcomes
• Proven ability to interpret property documentation and agreements, including leases and construction contracts, with a strong understanding of property planning frameworks and statutory requirements
• Experience working closely with external brokers, landlords and property owners to execute transactions
