Retail Customer Service Officer

We're looking for a Retail Customer Service Officer to help us deliver excellent customer service and experience. As part of our retail team, you'll be responsible for managing customer transactions, promoting our products and services, and assisting with administrative duties. • Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude
