Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and sales transactions at one of our Australia Post Offices. You'll be supported by a welcoming team and provided with ongoing training and career development opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with excellent communication skills
