Job Description

As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience. You'll work in a team environment, providing excellent customer service, handling cash and sales transactions, and promoting products and services.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school degree
- At least 1 year of experience
