Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Officer at Australia Post, you will be working in a team environment to deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, and promote products and services. You will be responsible for managing high value transactions, conducting identity services transactions, and assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly
- Reliability and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
