Senior People & Culture Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our Network Operations team in Perth. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to shape the people and culture agenda at scale, leveraging data, technology and contemporary ways of working to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

• Partner closely with General Managers and Leadership Teams to deliver strategic people outcomes
• Build strong leadership capability, shape a future-ready workforce, and embed a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement
• Use people data, analytics and technology to generate insights and inform decision-making
• Drive a strong focus on safety, wellbeing and risk management in partnership with P&C subject matter experts
