Job Description
Australian Ethical is seeking a Lead Executive Assistant to support the CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality executive, administrative, and strategic support, lead and develop a team of Executive Assistants/Support staff, and ensure the smooth running of key business operations, communications, and decision-making rhythms.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience providing senior executive support, preferably in financial services or an ASX-listed environment
- Experience supporting a CEO, COO, CFO - or other senior executives
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring executive support team members
- A track record of establishing operational excellence within the support function
- High proficiency with Office 365 and modern productivity tools
- Exceptional communication, organisational and stakeholder-management skills
