Legal Compliance Summer Intern

Authentic Brands Group is seeking a Legal Compliance Summer Intern to assist in developing a privacy compliance framework, supporting compliance efforts, and conducting legal research. The internship is available for 3 weekdays per week at the Irvine office. The ideal candidate is a 2L, 3L, 3E or 4E JD candidate with strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• 2L, 3L, 3E or 4E JD candidate during the Fall 2026 semester
• Enrolled in an ABA approved Juris Doctor program
• Available to work 3 weekdays per week at our Irvine office
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Work experience in top law firm, in-house or government agency preferred
