Job Description
Authority HVAC is a rapidly growing HVAC and refrigeration company seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician. They offer a supportive and employee-focused work environment, with a focus on customer service and team growth. The role involves responding to customer service requests, performing maintenance on equipment, and ensuring smooth operations of the HVAC systems.
Requirements
- Responding to Customer Service Requests (service calls)
- Performing routine maintenance on customer equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failure
- Installation of new HVAC equipment
- On-call for one week, every 2-4 weeks as required
- Utilization of company web-based software system to capture client signatures and close out service requests
- Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance
- Participate in meetings and training
