Requirements
- 2+ years of experience estimating commercial HVAC service, retrofit, or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and design principles.
- Strong working knowledge of industry software platforms (e.g., NetSuite, BuildOps, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Working knowledge of major distributor and manufacturer online platforms (e.g., Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Johnstone, Ferguson, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
- A collaborative, growth-minded attitude and willingness to learn.
